1. Open the Fizgig App
2. Click Login
3. Select Gmail, Apple ID, or Signup
4. Click “Continue” on the popup screen
5. You should now see the home screen

Stripe will charge your card at the time of booking, similar to LYFT and UBER. You will see an authorization hold for the transaction, which will drop off within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Your funds are stored in an escrow account where both you and your sitter will see the said funds. The sitter will not have access to the funds unless you release payment which may take up to two days after the service is complete.
If a provider does not accept your request, any processing charges will be dropped from your bank account.
Important: Never pay your pet sitter or dog walker by cash or check—this can expose you to fraud and make your bookings ineligible for support.

4. Select services you would like to provide to Pet owners
5. Set a price for the services you will provide (please review pricing guidelines)
6. Select the number of pets you can supervise
7. Enter the pet weight requirements for pets you can supervise
8. Select your accommodations
9. Choose a profile image
10. Enter personal Information and click “Submit”
11. Once you are approved, your services will be visible in the Fizgig marketplace, and pet owners will be able to connect with you.

• Pet Boarding Pet overnight stays at the Pet Sitter’s house

• House Sitting The Pet Sitter supervises pet at the owner’s place of residence

• Pet Day Care Your Pet is dropped-off at the sitter’s residence in the morning and picked up in the evening

• Pet-walking Pet Sitters walk the owner’s pet around the neighborhood for 30 – 60 minutes

• Drop-In Visits Sitters stop by the owner’s residence to feed and play with a pet

  As you build your book of business, we consider these fees to play an integral role in providing ongoing support, the introduction of educational material, and 24/7 customer care support. These fees also help our sitters cover the cost of background checks, payment processing, and promotions on Fizgig.

While Fizgig has liability insurance to help protect owners and Pet Sitters alike, we encourage our sitters to secure additional insurance.
